Kristi Noem just sent a message to every whiny liberal who thinks leaders shouldn’t take their own safety seriously. While Democrats love to talk about “security” as an excuse for open borders and bloated spending, Gov. Noem is showing what real responsibility looks like. She’s moved into Coast Guard housing, not for perks or photo-ops, but because her personal safety actually matters. Naturally, instead of enjoying a free ride on the taxpayer dime, she’s paying rent. Imagine that—an elected official actually respecting our money!
The left is always quick to scream about privilege when a conservative even breathes near government property. Meanwhile, their favorite elites jet-set around the world, barricade themselves behind armed guards, and push gun control on the rest of us. But when a Republican takes sensible measures to protect herself and follows the rules, suddenly they pretend it’s a scandal. Where’s the outrage when liberal politicians waste millions on their own security while their cities fall apart?
Let’s face it: in the current climate, conservatives are constantly under threat. The media won’t talk about this because it doesn’t fit their anti-American narrative. Noem isn’t just any politician—she’s a fighter against the unhinged woke mob and globalist schemers running rampant in Washington. Of course she needs security. Have you seen the unhinged mobs outside Supreme Court justices’ homes? Liberals only care about safety when it’s for their own kind.
And let’s talk about integrity for a second. Noem is actually cutting a check to the government for her lodging. When’s the last time you saw a Democrat pay their “fair share” for anything? They’re too busy cooking the books, dodging taxes, and handing out free stuff to illegal aliens. The hypocrisy stinks to high heaven.
Every time a strong conservative stands up and does what’s right, the liberal attack machine loses its mind. Maybe they’re just mad someone finally has the guts to put America first, instead of bending over backward for globalist donors or socialist special interests. Here’s a wild idea: what if more politicians actually paid rent, followed the law, and respected the people they serve? Maybe the swamp wouldn’t stink so much.
