The results are in, and Texas has spoken—loudly. With one of the most watched Senate primaries in the country now past its first round, it’s clear the Lone Star State refuses to roll over for the globalist crowd or the establishment stooges flooding America. Career politicians and power brokers may have thought they had this one in the bag. But Texans are unpredictable. They fight tooth and nail for leaders who actually care about America—not just their own D.C. cocktail circuit.
Cornyn led the pack with just over 43% Tuesday night, barely outpacing Paxton, who was right on his heels at 40.5%. The message could not be clearer. The Republican base is hungry for real representation—someone who puts border security, family values, and American sovereignty above the empty promises and tired talking points of the ruling class. The so-called experts and pollsters, forever blinded by their coastal bubble, yet again underestimated Texas grit.
Wesley Hunt, a rising voice of plainspoken conservatism, finished third and didn’t advance. It’s a blow for those who hoped for fresh energy and unapologetic patriotism in government. But the fact remains: Texans will not settle for diluted platforms, sugar-coated “bipartisanship,” or cringeworthy overtures to liberal elites. The runoff is proof that the grassroots are stepping up to drown out the noise of woke hysteria and anti-American ideologies coming from the left.
Meanwhile, let’s not pretend the Democrats aren’t itching to meddle in any way they can. The liberal establishment, with their open border insanity and never-ending push for more bureaucracy, would love nothing more than to weaken the conservative stronghold in Texas. But Texans are wide awake to their games. They’re tired of D.C. insiders, tired of globalist puppeteers, and sick of being told to sit down and shut up by people who hate everything that makes America great.
When the dust settles, one thing is certain: Texas demands a leader with backbone and vision. Someone who refuses to bow to woke mobs, who will stare down the Biden administration’s chaos, and who puts America first—always. Will the rest of the country wake up and learn a thing or two from the Lone Star State? Or will liberals keep missing the point, clinging to their failing ideas while Texas charges boldly forward?
