It’s almost laughable how far Democrats will go just to avoid standing with Donald Trump, even when it means putting America’s safety on the line. This week, John Fetterman, a Democrat himself, actually admitted what we’ve all known for years: left-wing politicians care more about hating Trump than doing what’s right for our country.
Think about it. There are serious threats coming straight from Iran, and the United States has every right—no, the responsibility—to respond with strength. But Democrats drag their feet, wring their hands, and whine about strikes against Iran. Why? Not because they care about peace or strategy. But because backing strong action would put them on the same side as Trump. For the modern Democrat, that’s worse than anything.
Fetterman, for once, ignored his own party’s cowardly herd and stood with common sense. He supported defending America first. Yet what did he see from his fellow Democrats? They were more worried about looking like they share Trump’s backbone than protecting our troops and our interests overseas.
This nonsense isn’t just about pride or petty politics. It’s about weakness. The Democrat elite would rather see America bow down to global bullies than ever admit Trump was right about foreign policy. They are so obsessed with the Orange Man that they put their egos over the safety of Americans. We all saw this attitude with Biden’s botched Afghanistan withdrawal, and now it’s happening again. Who pays the price? The brave men and women in uniform, not the pencil-neck politicians in D.C.
It’s time to call liberal leadership what it is: petty, stubborn, and anti-American. When even someone like Fetterman has to point out the obvious, you know just how far the left has sunk. Will Democrats ever put country before their Trump derangement, or will they keep siding with our enemies just to avoid agreeing with 45?
