Federal judge sides with CAIR again and slaps down DeSantis bold anti-terrorism move in Florida

It happened again. Another activist judge just stopped Florida Governor Ron DeSantis from taking a brave stand against radical Islamist influence in America. This time, the judge decided the Council on American-Islamic Relations—CAIR, the same group with a long, shady history of ties to radicals—deserves special protection from being called exactly what it looks like: a terrorist group.

Let’s get real. CAIR isn’t just any Muslim rights organization. For years, their links to extremists and the fact they were listed as unindicted co-conspirators in a major terrorism-financing trial should set off alarms everywhere. But the moment a Republican leader tries to do something about it—block taxpayer money and jobs from going to groups under a cloud of suspicion—the leftist legal machine jumps to their defense.

It’s mind-blowing to see a federal judge claim the First Amendment is somehow violated by trying to cut off public perks from those with radical ties. Where were these “constitutional purists” when conservatives faced censorship, firing, and government pushback for their views? It’s no accident that when Democrats want to weaponize the government against parents, Christians, or Trump supporters, the so-called “rule of law” vanishes in a second.

The truth is, the left is always eager to kneel for globalist interests and radical activists, as long as it means pushing their anti-American agenda. They’ll twist the law in circles to make sure groups like CAIR keep easy access to your tax dollars—even after their leaders have been scrutinized for terrorism-related schemes. And if you dare question this parade of insanity, liberals cry “Islamophobia!” and threaten to blacklist you.

DeSantis was right to pull the plug on these folks. It’s about protecting Floridians. It’s about saying NO to groups with any connection to radical terror. But mark my words, the left will keep fighting to give special treatment to groups they see as politically useful—no matter how much risk it brings to everyday Americans. How many more warnings do we need before the public says enough is enough?
