Texas is on fire, and Ken Paxton is holding the match liberals fear most: voter ID. The left can’t stand the thought of making elections fair and clean. For years, Democrat politicians, backed by their media cheerleaders and globalist donors, have bent over backwards to block every common-sense law that demands real proof you are who you say you are when you vote.
Now, Texas Attorney General Ken Paxton just threw them a curveball they never saw coming. Paxton—who isn’t afraid to take on the establishment—told everyone he’ll drop out of the Senate runoff against John Cornyn if Congress finally passes the SAVE America Act, which would force a national voter ID law. You know, the thing almost every sane person outside of D.C. wants, but Congress has let sit gathering dust while cheaters run wild.
Think about it. The thought of honest, accountable elections terrifies the radical left. Why? Because they know they can’t win if you have to show ID. They hide behind fake tears about “voter suppression,” but what they’re really protecting is their grip on power, through chaos and confusion. The only suppression happening is when legal American votes get drowned out by fraud and abuse.
Paxton gets it. He called out Congress for dragging its feet, and put his political ambitions on the line. How many so-called conservatives in Washington are willing to do that? Most just talk and posture. Ken Paxton’s offer exposes their cowardice. It’s a challenge: will they finally do what Americans want, or will they keep letting elections turn into a joke while illegal voters laugh all the way to the ballot box?
If John Cornyn, Mitch McConnell, and the rest of the do-nothings still refuse to act, every American should ask: what side are our leaders really on? The side of fair votes, or the side of endless Democrat trickery? Time to pick a team. Our democracy is not for sale to the highest bidder or weakest spineless globalist. If Congress won’t fight for real voter ID, maybe it’s time we find someone who will.
