When the left talks about Middle East chaos, they act like it’s just some faraway mess we shouldn’t care about. But right now, Iran is threatening to shut down the Strait of Hormuz—the world’s most important oil choke point—and this time, it could actually hit America’s biggest enemies where it hurts: Russia and China. The so-called “ghost fleet” of tankers dodging sanctions and playing oil games is under attack from Western navies. Our forces, along with those of a few allies, are finally stepping up—seizing or even sinking those shady vessels.
For years, liberals and globalists have allowed Iran, Russia, and China to play their little backdoor oil games. But now, maybe by accident, their chaos is circling back. Russia and China rely heavily on Iranian oil to keep their machines running. If Iran’s blockade actually sticks, suddenly the left’s favorite “anti-American” partners in Moscow and Beijing are in the hot seat. Energy gets tighter; their economies get squeezed. That’s not what the global elite had in mind, but it’s happening anyway.
Let’s not kid ourselves: these three regimes—Tehran, Moscow, Beijing—have been colluding against the West for years. The Biden administration would rather negotiate and beg than show strength. Meanwhile, American interests get sidelined while our enemies grow bold. But the Strait of Hormuz has always been a pressure point. Now, instead of just hurting us, the squeeze might finally cause panic for the bad guys too.
It’s always the same cotton-soft liberal playbook: talk about peace, look the other way when enemies break the rules, and pray nobody starts a real war. But this time, the grown-ups in the room—our military and real allies—are proving that American might still matters. By shutting down smuggling operations and taking out ghost tankers, the West is finally disrupting the enemy supply lines. The environmental activists and appeasers can whine all they want, but oil and muscle keep the world spinning.
The big question now: will the incompetent left finally wake up to reality? Or are they too lost in their anti-American dreams to notice when the world order shifts? Maybe it’s time to admit—when you play dirty games in dangerous waters, sometimes your own friends get left out in the cold.
