Dr. Steven Price and his dental hygienist, Keidi Moore, were caught red-handed after years of stealing a staggering $4 million from Medicaid, a program designed to help the poor, not pad the lifestyles of the professional class.
What’s truly infuriating? This fraud didn’t just happen overnight. For five long years, these two sent bogus bills to Medicaid, pretending to fix children’s teeth and perform costly procedures—sometimes claiming the same patient magically received the same expensive treatment thirty times. This wasn’t some crafty criminal mastermind at work. This was garden-variety greed, getting fat off a broken system too slow and incompetent to notice. Where’s all that “oversight” liberals love to brag about?
This is what you get when you trust government bureaucracies and endless welfare programs. Instead of helping honest families, the system becomes a cash cow for crooks and corner-cutters. D.C.’s Medicaid program is supposed to be a safety net—yet left-wing officials in fancy government offices can barely keep track of who’s milking it for millions. How many more “public servants” and “compassionate providers” are helping themselves to your hard-earned tax dollars behind closed doors?
Maybe if government spent half as much time investigating fraud as they do teaching woke ideology and climate hysteria, taxpayers wouldn’t have to see their money wasted on criminals in white coats. The alphabet soup of federal agencies, high-paid prosecutors, and “integrity units” finally did their job—after five years and millions gone. Congratulations, but that’s like showing up after the fire has already burned the house down.
For liberals who claim only government can solve America’s problems, here’s your reality check. If D.C. elites can’t even safeguard Medicaid from basic theft, why should we trust them with anything else? How much more will Americans put up with this open season on their wallets and values before demanding real accountability? Or do Democrats secretly prefer when the system lets their friends and donors dip into the till?
