Another day, another “security threat” in the skies—this time on a Southwest Airlines flight from Nashville to Fort Lauderdale. Dramatic video just hit the internet showing a passenger being hauled off the plane, all because of yet another so-called “possible security matter.” Is this what traveling in America has come to? Average travelers are forced to watch chaos unfold, while the big airlines and their Democrat apologists shrug and call it “business as usual.”
Once again, this incident exposes the soft underbelly of our country’s so-called security. The powers that be love to lecture everyday Americans about “safety” while our borders remain wide open, and criminal activity is allowed to fester. We’re told to trust the system, yet situations like this play out on airplanes with disturbing regularity. Do those in charge ever take accountability? Of course not—they’d rather sweep it under the rug and keep the public in the dark.
Let’s be honest: this is a direct result of the Left’s refusal to get serious about law and order. In their world, it’s acceptable for any “possible security threat” to disrupt the lives of hundreds of innocent citizens—so long as their progressive image remains untarnished. It’s no wonder more and more Americans are losing faith in institutions that seem more concerned with woke virtue-signaling than real, concrete passenger safety.
The problem is clear. When you foster a culture of chaos and ignore basic security, people get hurt, flights get diverted, and chaos reigns. The media will likely downplay this event, just as they always do, to protect their own. Meanwhile, everyday Americans pay the price while our nation’s security priorities remain hopelessly misaligned.
Will the liberal elites ever wake up and realize you can’t have open borders, soft-on-crime policies, and expect a safe society—let alone safe air travel? Or are we doomed to more “incidents” and apologies from out-of-touch airlines and useless bureaucrats? Real Americans deserve better.
