American Forces Tried to Save Iranian Sailors—Liberals Don’t Want You to Know That
Here we go again—liberals twisting facts and crying “war crime” whenever the United States makes a tough call to keep the world safe. The Left has wasted no time blaming American forces after an Iranian warship, the IRIS Dena, was sunk. They’re screeching about supposed American “aggression” and painting our troops as cold-blooded villains. But as usual, their narrative completely falls apart when the facts come out.
What the mainstream media won’t mention is that American forces went out of their way to prevent unnecessary deaths. Before the attack, the crew on that Iranian ship received not one, but two warnings. They were flat-out told an attack was coming and got a clear chance to abandon the ship. That’s compassion and respect for human life—something our military takes seriously. But the Iranian commander, in usual dictatorial fashion, ordered his own sailors to stay put, leading to panic and even arguments on board. Who’s responsible for those lost lives—the Americans, who tried to help, or the Iranian commander who put his politics above his men?
Even after the ship went down, the Left was ready with their tired talking points, demanding to know why the American submarine didn’t perform dramatic rescue operations. Here’s reality check number one: submarines are not rescue boats. They don’t have the tools or capacity to save dozens of enemy crew in the water. But American leadership still made sure survivors had a lifeline—coordinating with the Sri Lankan Navy, who pulled thirty-two men out of the sea. What more proof do liberals need that the U.S. military acts with both strength and conscience?
None of this matters to the media or their progressive puppeteers. They’d rather ignore every fact that clashes with their anti-American agenda. They’ll never admit that our troops, under tough and decisive leadership, showed integrity and humanity—even when dealing with enemy combatants. Meanwhile, it’s the Iranians, with their iron-fisted commanders, who treat their own sailors like cannon fodder. But don’t hold your breath waiting for CNN or the New York Times to report that.
America’s enemies should take note: our military is powerful and fair. No one gets a free pass to endanger peace. The Trump administration is finally doing what the globalist old-guard never had the guts to do—taking real action against the Iranian menace. Isn’t it funny how liberals shout “war crime” when America refuses to play victim? Maybe they’d rather see us apologize to tyrants than defend our people. Too bad—the days of weak-kneed appeasement are over.
