Europe is waking up—and the liberals are terrified. This week, the Polish government made it very clear: they want to pursue nuclear weapons. Why? It’s simple. Weakness in the West, especially from Biden and his globalist pals, has left the door wide open for Russian aggression. Poland, with its long history of being stomped on by its eastern neighbor, isn’t about to let history repeat itself while Brussels and Washington twiddle their thumbs.
The Polish Prime Minister isn’t mincing words or hiding behind diplomatic nonsense. He wants Poland to have real, meaningful power to defend itself. While Western leaders preach about “unity” and try to buy off Russia with empty threats, Poland is choosing strength. And if you look at the disaster liberals have cooked up in Ukraine—surging violence, wasted aid, and no end in sight—you’d have to be brain-dead not to understand why the Poles want real deterrence.
Let’s not pretend this is just about Poland or even just about Europe. This is what happens when American leadership caves to the woke mob and sells out our allies for a seat at the globalist table. Donald Tusk and his government are talking to France and other “partners,” but you can bet they don’t trust the feeble guarantees coming from the Biden administration. Can anyone blame them? After watching the botched Afghanistan exit, Poland knows full well that liberal promises mean nothing when things get tough.
There will be all sorts of hand-wringing from the usual suspects—the so-called “experts” who never lifted a finger to stop Putin in the first place. They’ll claim Warsaw is “escalating” tensions. Give us a break. Liberals have spent years repeating the same tired talking points about “diplomacy” and “sanctions.” Where has that gotten anyone? The only thing bullies like Russia respect is raw power, not appeasement and hashtags.
Europe’s grown tired of being told to sit and wait for permission from weak leaders across the Atlantic or in Berlin. Poland is showing the world what real courage and common sense look like. Maybe if the rest of the West had a spine, Putin wouldn’t be acting like the new czar in the first place. If the globalists are so worried about peace, maybe they should start by stopping their endless surrender. At this point, can anyone really blame Poland for wanting to arm themselves to the teeth? Strength is the only language tyrants understand.
