Media covers up IED attack at NYC protest to protect radical mayor and leftist agenda

When chaos erupted this weekend in New York City, it wasn’t just the sound of protest we heard. It was the sound of the mainstream media sharpening their knives—anxious to spin yet another violent outbreak into a fairytale that fits their tired narrative. Explosive devices at a protest? Dangerous radicals targeting a mayor’s home? Apparently, these are just minor footnotes when the liberal media have a favorite group to defend and a narrative to protect.

Let’s be clear: the original protest was about standing up against what some call an “Islamic takeover” and the spread of public Muslim prayer in New York City. Whether you agree or disagree, that’s an issue worth debating in a free country. But the left just can’t stand anyone questioning their globalist dream of open borders and ideological submission. So, they send in their so-called “anti-hate” shock troops with banners screaming about “Nazis,” as if anyone who disagrees with them deserves to be silenced or worse.

Here’s where it goes from bad to worse. Reports came in about real violence—an IED attack as counterprotesters showed up. Any normal city government or press would be calling for action, demanding answers. But not in today’s New York. The focus quickly shifted onto blaming the right-wing activists, suggesting they somehow brought the violence on themselves by daring to speak up in the first place.

Mayor Zohran Mamdani, who seems more interested in appeasing the radical left than protecting all New Yorkers, gets a free pass. The so-called journalists squirm to shield him and his supporters from criticism. They twist themselves in knots, desperate to avoid any real scrutiny of the people actually bringing explosives into the streets. Liberals will trip over their own feet before admitting their side can be just as violent, if not worse, than the threats they constantly accuse others of posing.

This is what happens when America’s biggest city is run by leaders who care more about their image in woke circles than keeping citizens safe. The narrative always comes first, facts second. New Yorkers should ask themselves if this is the city they want—where political violence is shrugged off as long as it serves the “correct” cause. How many more IEDs have to explode before someone admits the lunatics are running the asylum?
