Something sickening happened in New York City this week, and once again the mainstream media is desperate to sweep the facts under the rug. Two suspects, both born to naturalized parents, allegedly hurled improvised explosives at anti-Islam protesters right outside Gracie Mansion. And these weren’t just any firecrackers—they reportedly contained the infamously deadly “Mother of Satan” explosive, a recipe favored by terrorists across the globe. Yet our liberal leaders want to pretend this is just another ordinary incident in the Big Apple.
Let’s be brutally honest. Decades of open-border dogma and mindless globalist immigration policies have put American lives at risk. Even when we bring people in legally, there’s no guarantee their children will embrace American values. Instead, we keep seeing violent incidents like this—acts that could have easily killed innocent people, carried out by individuals tied to families that only recently became Americans themselves.
While coastal elites pat themselves on the back for their progressive compassion, they’re ignoring the carnage on their own doorsteps. It’s no coincidence these attacks seem to increase wherever there’s a deliberate push to weaken America’s borders. There’s a reason Representative Chip Roy is calling for a full pause on legal immigration. The facts speak for themselves: the risks are real, the threats are growing, and Americans are paying the price for the left’s naive, reckless agenda.
Of course, don’t expect any honest outrage from the so-called “tolerant” crowd. If the situation were reversed, if the violence targeted a different group, the talking heads at CNN would be shrieking 24/7. But because the left can’t blame “white supremacy” for this one, they quietly bury the story and move on. This is the kind of hypocrisy that is rotting our republic from the inside out.
When is enough finally enough? How many more explosive devices will land in American streets before our leaders admit that unchecked immigration—legal or otherwise—is tearing this nation apart? Maybe it’s time to stop listening to the open-borders radicals and start fighting for the safety of real Americans. Or will the left keep waiting until it’s a full-blown catastrophe they can’t ignore?
