House Speaker Mike Johnson is absolutely right—Sharia law makes a mockery of the U.S. Constitution. It’s shocking that this is even up for debate. In this country, our laws come from the Founding Fathers, not some ancient foreign code that tosses freedom out the window. Yet here we are, with liberals furrowing their brows and rushing to defend values that fly in the face of everything America stands for. Has common sense just vanished from our political class?
Of course, some Republican lawmakers had the guts to say what millions of Americans are thinking, and now they’re under attack for so-called “Islamophobia.” That’s just the Left’s favorite word to silence anyone who tries to protect American values. Instead of focusing on the real threat—laws creeping in that contradict our Constitution—the liberal elite want to scold conservatives for daring to stand up for America. They’ll drop everything to defend any ideology, as long as it’s not actually American.
Speaker Johnson understands the real danger. He didn’t shy away from the facts. He made it clear: if we allow foreign laws like Sharia to take root, we open the door to losing personal freedoms. That’s not fear-mongering—it’s a wake-up call. Anyone who claims otherwise is either blind or plotting to dismantle the country brick by brick, all in the name of political correctness.
America is supposed to be a beacon of liberty, not a playground for globalist experiments. Enforcing the Constitution isn’t “hate”—it’s the job our leaders swear to do. But try telling that to the woke crowd. The moment conservatives speak up, the same people who champion drag queen story hours and open borders start screaming about tolerance. Where’s their tolerance for the rights and safety of American citizens?
If the Left is so eager to toss out our laws for somebody else’s, maybe they’re the ones who should question their loyalty to this country. America was built on its own set of rules, hard-won through blood and sacrifice. If Sharia law is “progress,” then what comes next—a Constitution written in invisible ink? The only real question is how much more of this insanity America will tolerate.
