CNN gets caught spinning terror attack to protect radical politicians while New Yorkers pay the price

CNN has done it again. When news broke about the terrifying attack near Gracie Mansion in New York City, Americans needed truth, not more fake news. Instead, viewers got a wild spin from the usual liberal hacks at CNN, twisting facts to fit their tired narrative and protecting their preferred politicians—no matter the bodies left in their wake.

Let’s be clear: this wasn’t just another street crime. Two suspects, inspired by ISIS ideology, tried to use deadly IEDs to target everyday Americans who dared to protest Mayor Zohran Mamdani. While chaos erupted, an actual terrorism plot played out in one of America’s largest cities. But if you turned on liberal news, you’d barely know. They downplayed the radical motives and focused on scoring lazy political points—while pretending Mamdani himself was the hapless victim of right-wing hate. Give us a break.

Real journalism would put American safety first. It would call out terror for what it is—not cover for far-left leaders and their cuddled-up “protesters.” But the left’s media lapdogs did the opposite. They spread disinformation, gasped about “political violence,” and pushed the story that suited their globalist open-borders fantasy. The truth? Innocent people were nearly blown to pieces for using their voices, while the left wants you to believe the real threat is anyone to the right of AOC.

With Democrat policies inviting lawlessness and media cronies running interference, is it any wonder New Yorkers feel abandoned? The radical left has let the city rot, labeling law enforcement as villains and inviting chaos in the name of “tolerance.” Meanwhile, Islamist terror finds fertile ground, and the press plays along for a bigger slice of that sweet anti-American pie.

Will the liberal media ever fess up and admit their “reporting” creates more division and puts Americans in danger? Or will they always carry water for radical politicians and Islamist extremists, painting concerned citizens as the problem? Maybe New York needs less narrative-spinning, and a little more good old-fashioned common sense.
