Democrats and their media allies love a good scandal—especially if they think they can smear a member of President Trump’s cabinet. This time, the left set their sights on Secretary of War Pete Hegseth. No surprise there. Hegseth has turned into their favorite target, mostly because he’s unapologetically patriotic and doesn’t bow to woke nonsense.
But what happened this week was different. Liberals didn’t just miss the mark; they fumbled the ball, kicked it down the field, and tripped over their own feet while doing it. The attack was shallow and ridiculous, the kind of hit job that only gets legs because the left can’t control their hate. Without bothering to check a single fact, Democrat politicians and their press puppets rushed to spread a story—one that practically fell apart upon inspection.
What do you call it when politicians are more interested in destroying someone they hate than finding out the truth? Incompetence, plain and simple. Instead of acting like responsible adults, these Democrats and their media handlers reveal themselves as petty children with a megaphone. They saw “steak and lobster” and forgot to use their brains. That’s what happens when your one and only skill is virtue signaling for your elite, globalist buddies.
Every time these people attack Hegseth, it’s because he stands for the things they despise: America first, accountability, and not playing the endless victim card. Their obsession isn’t about truth. It’s about trying to tear down anyone who gets in the way of their anti-American agenda. The sad fact is, the more they swing and miss, the more obvious their desperation becomes.
So here’s the question: how many times do these self-righteous liberals have to embarrass themselves before the public tunes out their hysterics for good? Or maybe Democrats just enjoy the taste of humble pie—especially when it comes with a side of steak and lobster.
