The mainstream media has a new excuse for hiding the truth: “Islamophobia.” This buzzword gets thrown around every time reporters want to duck uncomfortable facts. Instead of doing their job—telling Americans what’s really going on—they twist stories, cover things up, and hope the public stays asleep.
Whenever there’s a crime or an act of terror involving radical Islamic ideology, journalists immediately shift the focus. Suddenly, they start worrying about “anti-Muslim sentiment.” These media elites act like the real danger isn’t violence or terror, but hurt feelings for a favored minority. Reporters shouldn’t be the spin doctors for globalist interests or apologists for ideologies that clash with American values.
This isn’t about protecting people from hate. It’s about controlling the narrative. The leftwing press wants everyone to believe that exposing the ugly side of radical Islam is some kind of unforgivable sin. So they bend stories, omit details, and outright lie. TV hosts wring their hands over “Islamophobia” instead of showing any sympathy for the victims of violence or the families who lost loved ones.
Let’s get real: the average American can see through this propaganda. They notice how the same reporters who talk tough about “Christian nationalism” go silent when it’s time to mention Islamic extremists. It’s pure hypocrisy. Liberals demand free speech for themselves, but want censorship for everyone who points out inconvenient truths. Their double standards put innocent lives at risk—and it’s all to protect their progressive agenda.
Journalism is supposed to be about the facts, not activist talking points. The media has morphed into an arm of the political left, more interested in defending ideology than safeguarding the country. If the press refuses to speak honestly, who will? What matters more: feelings or facts? Maybe it’s time to stop letting elite journalists lecture America, and start demanding the truth—no matter who it offends.
