How Big Tech is Robbing Your Town Blind While Politicians Help Them Get Richer

Artificial intelligence is the latest shiny toy for Big Tech and globalist elites. But as usual, regular Americans are the ones being forced to pick up the tab. With the race to build AI-powered servers hotter than ever, data centers are popping up in towns across the country. Some folks are excited by anything high-tech. Others see nothing but eyesores and soaring utility bills. But here’s what everyone should be angry about: politicians are dipping into your wallets to hand out fat subsidies and tax breaks to the very corporations already awash in cash.

This is the classic liberal playbook. Tech giants roll into town with big promises—jobs, investment, a future-proof economy. Then they turn around and shake down cities and states for sweetheart deals funded by taxpayers. Corporate lobbyists work hand-in-hand with left-wing bureaucrats who love to brag about “innovation,” but conveniently ignore that these subsidies drain local budgets for schools, cops, and basic services.

What we really see are ultra-wealthy tech companies, many with anti-American agendas and deep globalist ties, making local leaders dance like puppets. They threaten to take their data centers elsewhere unless they get special treatment. Liberals who rail against corporate greed suddenly have nothing to say when Silicon Valley giants get millions in tax handouts. The hypocrisy is deafening.

These data centers don’t even create many actual jobs for locals. They suck up massive amounts of power and water, driving up utility costs for everyone else. The supposed “boom” often ends up looking more like a bust for hard-working families. Meanwhile, tech CEOs and their Wall Street investors make out like bandits, laughing all the way to the bank.

Why are Americans expected to fund the next globalist tech explosion? Why are our towns being auctioned off to Silicon Valley? The answer should be simple: we shouldn’t. When will our leaders start working for the people who actually pay the taxes? Or is it easier to keep letting billionaires rob the rest of us blind?
