A left-wing representative wanted to make drama about not being invited to a hearing about the Kennedy Center. Yes, seriously. With chaos erupting on the world stage, she tried to make herself the victim over a glorified arts committee.
But here’s the humiliating part: the whole “Trump refused to invite me!” routine was nothing but political theater. As it turns out, this attention-seeking Democrat wasn’t actually snubbed by the administration at all. She was so desperate to score points in the media that she cooked up a story, hoping the liberal press would eat it up. They’re always ready to paint President Trump as the big, bad wolf, after all.
What really happened behind closed doors? She simply failed to do her own job, plain and simple. Rather than admit her own mistake, she tried to blame President Trump. That’s standard operating procedure for the left: mess up, play the victim, blame Republicans, and hope no one looks any deeper. But this time, the truth slipped out, embarrassingly exposing her pettiness for everyone to see.
It just goes to show, the left would rather chase headlines and play identity politics than serve the American people. Instead of working with President Trump and Congress to address serious issues—like national security, border protection, and keeping American families safe—some Democrats would rather focus on their own egos and petty vendettas. It’s always about their feelings, never about our safety or prosperity.
Watching liberals trip over their own lies never gets old. Maybe next time they’ll worry less about who’s getting an invitation and more about doing their jobs. Or is that too much to ask from the party of excuses and empty virtue-signaling?
