Joe Biden’s Soft-on-Terror Approach Leaves Americans in the Crosshairs
Once again, America is mourning a tragedy that should’ve never happened—and we know exactly who’s to blame. The blood spilled at Old Dominion University is on the hands of those who put criminals’ rights ahead of the lives of real patriots. Biden’s administration set all the dominos in motion by releasing a convicted terrorist from prison years before his sentence was up. Now, a decorated war hero, Lt. Col. Robert Shah, is dead and others are injured. Why? Because our leaders failed to do their job and protect America first.
Let’s lay it out. Mohamed Jalloh, the shooter, was serving serious time for helping ISIS. Biden’s woke Justice Department waved him through the revolving door, putting him back on Virginia streets. How does a man like this get a gun? Definitely not by following the law. Criminals don’t care about background checks, waiting periods, or any new gun control bill liberals dream up. Jalloh bought his gun from a street dealer—someone who had stolen it and didn’t care one bit about who he was selling to.
Talk about government failure. The gun’s serial number was even scratched off. This wasn’t some loophole at a gun show; this was black market crime, plain and simple. The man who sold the gun, Kenya Chapman, stole it first, then sold it illegally. Yet somehow, every time something like this happens, Democrats run in front of the cameras to shriek for more laws. There already are laws. Jalloh broke every single one—and a brave ROTC student had to take matters into his own hands to stop the carnage. The only things that stopped this terrorist were courage, grit, and the willingness to fight back. No red-flag law or Biden executive order would’ve saved those people in that room.
Liberals expect us to believe the answer is more bureaucratic rules, as if a terrorist who yells “Allahu akbar” before opening fire cares about paperwork. It’s laughable—if it weren’t so deadly. This wasn’t some regular criminal. Jalloh was a known threat, supposedly monitored by our overfunded, globetrotting intelligence agencies. But when Biden’s team cut him loose, their “see something, say nothing” policy turned deadly. American heroes were left defenseless, while bureaucrats patted themselves on the back for their “compassionate” reforms.
The truth? The left is more obsessed with virtue signaling and pandering to international elites than actually keeping our sons and daughters safe. If Democrats spent half as much time locking up real monsters as they do coming after law-abiding gun owners, tragedies like this wouldn’t happen. But that doesn’t fit their narrative. So brace yourself, because the next time you hear a liberal demand “common sense gun control,” just remember: everything Jalloh did was already illegal. Want to stop another attack like this? Start by throwing the book at real criminals and keeping terrorists behind bars—where they belong. Or does Joe Biden have some other soft-on-crime experiment planned for your hometown?
