Once again, the radical Left is hard at work chipping away at basic reality. This time, the latest battleground is a women-only nude spa—yes, you read that right. A judge from the famously liberal 9th Circuit just went head-to-head with his colleagues over whether forcing women to give up their privacy and safety is fair in the name of “equity.” It’s almost too absurd to be real, but here we are.
The heart of the issue is simple: should biological women have a space where they can be comfortable and safe—without having to worry about men barging in just because they claim a new gender label? Common sense says yes. But for woke liberals, “inclusion” trumps every other concern, including women’s basic rights. Funny how the self-appointed champions of “women’s rights” are suddenly silent when it means protecting real women, not imaginary identities.
One judge, at least, wasn’t afraid to call out the madness. While the majority of the court went the way you’d expect from the 9th Circuit, this fearless dissenter stood up for women. He pointed out, in no uncertain terms, that biological differences matter—especially when it comes to something as fundamental as undressing in public. But as usual, the Left wants to erase science, erase tradition, and bulldoze over anyone who speaks up.
This is what happens when unelected judges play social engineer. Families are left with no safe spaces, women are told their feelings don’t matter, and our culture just keeps sliding downhill. Liberals love to call conservatives “anti-woman” or “backwards,” but nothing screams backward like demanding women sacrifice their privacy to appease a tiny, noisy minority. It’s not progress—it’s the opposite.
America used to stand for protecting the vulnerable, standing up for what’s right, and embracing truth. Now, thanks to leftist activists on the bench, women are told to sit down, shut up, and make way for the next social experiment. How much farther do we have to fall before people finally wake up and say enough is enough?
