Once again, the left and the globalist elites are coming after America First policies. This time, they’re using activist judges and shaky lawsuits to attack President Trump’s tariffs—his bold move to protect American workers. These tariffs, put in place under Section 122 of the Trade Act of 1974, slapped tough penalties on cheap foreign goods. Trump didn’t sit back and watch our factories die — he took action, and Big Government bureaucrats hated every minute of it.
But now, some so-called “skeptical voters” and anti-Trump lawyers want to drag these pro-American tariffs into court. Why? Because they only care about their own profits and would rather see American companies lose just to make their globalist buddies rich. The U.S. Court of International Trade is demanding the government defend the tariffs within a month—how convenient for the swamp dwellers looking to undermine real progress.
Liberals cry foul every time American jobs come before Chinese factories and foreign interests. They’d rather hand over our manufacturing base than admit Trump’s policies worked. When Trump fights for tariffs, he fights for the forgotten men and women in small towns across this country. Meanwhile, the left pretends to care about hard-working Americans while secretly pushing globalist trade deals that bleed America dry.
Let’s not kid ourselves—these lawsuits are just another attempt to destroy everything the America First movement stands for. The same people who undermine border security and push woke nonsense now want to let foreign countries flood our markets with garbage. How many times will Americans let these so-called “experts” and career politicians sell us out before we stand up and say enough is enough?
So it comes down to this—do we bow to activist courts and global interests, or do we stand with leaders who actually fight for American families? The left’s hypocrisy is on full display, but patriots see right through it. The real question: When will these elites figure out that American strength can’t be sued out of existence?
