Tom Homan Means Business Now That the Border Grown-Ups Are Back in Charge
America’s border disaster has been on full display for years. While Biden and his open-borders allies looked the other way, chaos erupted. Now President Trump is bringing real leadership back to the Department of Homeland Security—and Tom Homan isn’t wasting any time.
Homan, the nation’s proven border czar and a bulldog on illegal immigration, is already forging strong connections with Senator Markwayne Mullin, Trump’s choice for DHS Secretary. This is a breath of fresh air after the embarrassing circus under Kristi Noem, whose “flashy” approach amounted to little more than photo ops and headaches for law enforcement. While Noem sparred with Homan over how tough to get, the real work protecting our nation was left in the lurch.
Why did we have such a mess before? Because weak leadership and political games mattered more to some than enforcing the law. Noem apparently obsessed over her public image while letting chaos fester in cities nationwide. Meanwhile, every illegal crossing, every criminal slip-through, every tragic loss, was ignored by leftists and cheered by woke mobs. Meanwhile, Homan—the man who actually knows how to fix the problem—was forced to the sidelines. That’s what happens when you let virtue-signaling politicians and their out-of-touch advisers take the wheel.
That era is over. Homan is back in the driver’s seat, working directly with Mullin and trusted Trump allies to finally restore order. For the first time in years, there’s hope that the “czar” role will actually mean something—that the Biden-era comedy of errors is being replaced by action, backbone, and results. Americans want security, not lectures from limousine liberals who don’t have to live with the consequences of their own policies.
The radical Left and their globalist cronies are already howling. Why? Because they know Homan means business. With a veteran like him influencing the top, the days of loopholes and half-measures are about to end. How much longer will Democrat “leaders” try to drag this country into a borderless nightmare? Maybe now, with real patriots at DHS, they’re finally about to find out.
