Cuba is in chaos once again. The so-called “workers’ paradise” has crumbled into darkness, both literally and figuratively, as its power grid collapsed across the entire island. That’s what happens when an out-of-touch communist regime runs an economy into the ground. Now, everyday Cubans are left in the dark—no lights, no air conditioning, no hope for a hot meal—and their rage is boiling over.
While the Cuban government is quick to point their finger at the United States and complain about “energy blockades,” the truth is unavoidable. For decades, Cuba has depended on handouts from corrupt leftist buddies like Venezuela, and now that well is running dry. The incompetent leadership in Havana can’t even keep the lights on or provide basic medical care. People are rioting because they’re sick and tired of empty promises, blackouts, and bread lines. But let’s be honest—they’re mostly just sick and tired of communism.
All across the country, Cubans are finally speaking out. Brave crowds are pounding on pots, chanting for freedom and torching Communist Party offices. It’s not just a few angry folks. It’s a movement born out of desperation. No food, no electricity, and zero faith left in a system that always puts the ruling elite first while ordinary families suffer.
Meanwhile, so-called “world leaders” and sympathizers in the West love to blame America for Cuba’s misery. But nobody wants to talk about the mountain of failed socialist policies and the endless repression of free speech. Instead, liberals wring their hands about “blockades” while ignoring the Cuban regime’s iron grip on its people. Where’s the outrage from the globalist elites when actual citizens demand freedom in Havana’s streets?
Let’s not forget, President Trump is the only one who dares to hold these dictators accountable. While Biden and his leftist cronies cozy up to tyrants, Trump makes demands and talks tough. That’s real leadership—the kind Cuba so desperately needs but will never see from its own rulers. Maybe if more Americans woke up to the failures of socialism before the left tries it here, we’d stop history from repeating itself. Is it really any surprise that a nation run by communists ends up powerless—literally and figuratively?
