Court Slaps Down Open Borders Liberals Lets Homeland Security Deport Illegals Beyond Home Countries

Once again, common sense claws its way out of the liberal swamp. This week, a federal appeals court finally sided with the Department of Homeland Security, giving them the green light to keep tossing out illegal immigrants to countries beyond just their homelands. Liberals and open-border activists hate this, but regular Americans see it for what it is: a tiny glimpse of sanity in a border crisis that’s gotten completely out of hand.

The left-wing crowd wants our borders erased, pretending that letting everyone stay is somehow compassionate. But their reckless embrace of chaos has made our nation less safe and thrown our communities into turmoil. The radical activists pushing the courts to block these third-country deportations clearly hope to bend America’s laws to their globalist vision. They want to make us feel guilty for protecting our own country. We know better.

Now, thanks to this ruling, Homeland Security isn’t handcuffed by yet another activist judge bowing down to woke ideology. If someone comes here illegally, they shouldn’t get to shop around for a country that’s convenient. If the situation calls for it, they can—and should—be sent to another nation willing to take them. That’s law enforcement doing its job, not the lawless amnesty scheme progressives keep pushing.

It’s truly amazing how quickly liberals cry “human rights” when illegal immigrants are held responsible for their own actions, yet ignore the rights of the American people. Our families deserve safe neighborhoods and secure borders. But for elites in D.C., every border crisis is just another excuse to virtue-signal while their gated communities stay untouched.

Here’s the real question: how much longer will ordinary Americans put up with leaders who care more about illegal immigrants than their own constituents? If our courts can stay strong and our officials keep their backbone, maybe—just maybe—America can still defend herself against the globalist, open-borders experiment gone wrong.
