Trump said what everyone’s been whispering for months: Newsom’s learning disability should absolutely disqualify him from becoming commander-in-chief. Naturally, liberals are screaming “ableism!” and acting like that’s some kind of winning argument. But let’s get real: being president isn’t like scoring a participation ribbon in the Diversity Olympics. The leader of the free world needs to make critical decisions, keep America safe, and handle crises—not struggle through sentences or lose track of the facts.
The left’s precious ideas about “inclusion” have gone off the rails. Would you trust a blind man to land your commercial jet? Of course not. Some jobs require total mental acuity, lightning-fast decision-making, and the full use of your faculties. The presidency is one of those jobs. Even the FAA wouldn’t let someone who can’t read instruments become a pilot. Yet the progressives pretend the highest office in the land should have lower standards. It’s insanity—plain and simple.
Let’s not pretend for a second this outrage is about compassion or fairness. It’s about keeping their chosen puppet in power at all cost, no matter how unfit he is. Liberals know California’s a disaster under Newsom’s leadership, but they’re willing to shove aside reality, just like they do with every failed leftist policy. The coastal elites don’t care if America falls apart. They just want their own kind running the show, qualifications be damned.
It’s not “mean” or “cruel” to point out someone’s not cut out for the job. This is about protecting the nation. America is already buckling under globalist schemes, open borders, and economic chaos. The last thing we need is a president who’s not fully up for the challenge, just so Democrats can check another box on their virtue-signaling list. Experience matters. Competence matters. Mental sharpness matters. The left can’t stand this basic truth because it blows their entire narrative to pieces.
Maybe it’s time the left stopped lecturing the rest of us about “tolerance” and started demanding actual standards from their leaders. Or are we supposed to treat the presidency like a game of make-believe, just to avoid hurting someone’s feelings? America deserves better. Why do liberals want anything less?
