The mainstream media loves to pretend that Iran is some complex, mysterious foe America should tiptoe around. But the mask is coming off, and what’s underneath is both embarrassing and dangerous. News is swirling that Iran’s newly appointed Ayatollah isn’t just incompetent—he’s got personal scandals swirling around him that would shock even the radical left. That’s right, rumors are flying that the same hardline regime preaching hate against the West put a completely unqualified, embarrassingly clueless individual in power, and on top of it all, his background directly clashes with the very moral rules his regime enforces so brutally.
For years, liberals have lectured us about “tolerance,” “diversity,” and “respecting foreign cultures.” Funny, isn’t it, how they go quiet when those “foreign cultures” are caught in hypocrisy? We’re told to ignore Iran’s tyrannical rule, its abuse of women, and its threats against freedom. Now they can’t even pick a halfway decent leader. This new Ayatollah is already making headlines—not for wisdom or leadership, but for his total lack of ability and a reported private life that would get a regular citizen in Iran thrown in prison, or worse.
It’s almost like Iran’s leadership is one big joke. Western globalists and their leftist allies love to appease this regime, hand them money, and pretend like they’re legitimate. Are these the people liberals want America to “understand,” to “negotiate” with? While the Ayatollah’s regime executes dissidents and cracks down on ordinary Iranians, their own leadership is caught living a double life. The hypocrisy stinks to high heaven, but don’t expect the Biden administration—or their friends in Hollywood and academia—to call it out anytime soon.
The double standards are impossible to ignore. If the same rumors were spreading about any Western leader, the liberal media would be foaming at the mouth, calling for resignations and investigations. But when it fits their agenda, they simply look the other way. This is what happens when you treat terror regimes with kid gloves and let globalist elites decide what counts as “newsworthy.”
At some point, the American people have to ask: why should we listen to a single word from these corrupt, hypocritical tyrants—or the clueless liberals who defend them at every turn? Maybe it’s time we stop worrying about “offending” regimes that can’t even pick a competent leader, and start putting American interests first. If even Iran’s Ayatollah can’t live up to his own regime’s standards, how long before the whole radical left follows his lead and tears itself apart?
