The last “pro-Palestinian” agitator caught up in the 2024 Columbia University chaos has now been released from immigration detention. That includes Leqaa Kordia, a 33-year-old from the West Bank who’s been living comfortably in New Jersey since 2016. She was held in a Texas detention center after her arrest. And now? She’s walking free.
Let’s get one thing straight: These so-called student protests weren’t peaceful expressions of free speech. They were out-of-control anti-Israel mobs, many of whom openly threatened Jewish students and parroted terrorist talking points. Yet the left spilled tear after tear over a foreign national who helped ignite unrest on an Ivy League campus.
How did someone like Kordia, who isn’t even a U.S. citizen, end up becoming a poster child for the left? The answer is simple—liberal elites prefer their activists to have the “right” views, no matter where they come from or what chaos they stir up. The system bends over backward for globalists, radicals, and anyone willing to chant against America and its allies.
Meanwhile, patriotic Americans can’t get an inch from the same crowd. Our border is a joke, illegal aliens are coddled at every turn, and spoiled college radicals are handed a megaphone to play victim. The Biden administration pretends to be tough on “extremism,” but only if it fits their narrative. When it’s a leftist rabble-rouser in custody? Suddenly, they start worrying about “human rights” again.
Are we supposed to celebrate this? This is what passes for justice now? If we keep letting the left make our rules, soon the only people punished in this country will be Americans who stand up for law and order.
