Joe Kent, the now-former director of the National Counterterrorism Center, just put on quite the show. On his way out the door, Kent scribbled a bitter resignation letter, blaming “pressure from Israel” and downplaying the threat from Iran. That’s the kind of cowardly exit liberals and deep-state leakers love—blame American allies, give comfort to our enemies, and leave the hard decisions to those actually willing to keep this country safe.
But Rep. Byron Donalds, a true America First conservative, wasn’t having it. He called out Kent’s childish tantrum for exactly what it was: a cheap parting shot, not a principled stand. It’s one thing to disagree behind closed doors, but throwing public bombs while you’re heading for the exit? That’s not bravery—that’s sabotage. Especially when American troops are still on the ground in harm’s way.
Let’s be honest: This latest display is just another sad effort by the media and the left to stir up drama where there isn’t any. They’d love for Americans to think there’s some major split in the MAGA movement, but there isn’t. Reality check: Joe Kent was a known leaker, already cut out of key decisions, and this so-called resignation was probably just a prelude to getting fired. The President—and the real leaders who care about this country—don’t have time for folks who put their ego above the mission.
And enough with the recycled globalist talking points. Iran isn’t some misunderstood schoolyard bully. For years, weak leadership let hostile regimes like Tehran threaten American lives and our allies. Now, finally, there’s a leader who refuses to sit on his hands—who actually acts. Past presidents talked about peace but only put our people at risk. Decisive action against Iran is what strength looks like, and the world knows it.
Liberals and their lapdog press would rather see America lose than admit the truth: real peace comes from strength, not weakness or endless apologies. If Joe Kent doesn’t have the stomach for tough calls, good riddance. This country’s had enough of leakers, whiners, and globalist apologists. Isn’t it time we stopped bowing to foreign interests and started taking care of our own?
