That decades of family tradition are worth abandoning for tofu and kale. If Talarico thinks he can win the hearts of Texas by trashing brisket, he’ll learn real fast—nobody messes with Texas barbecue. Maybe next time he’ll try running for office in Portland, where tofu and lentils are more his style. Or maybe the left just wants to see American values go up in smoke, one grill at a time.
