It’s happening again. The outrage machine is in full swing, this time because someone dared to tear down a giant Islamic crescent that was placed right in the middle of Arizona’s mountains. Tempe’s city officials and the usual left-wing cheerleaders are already fainting from shock, preaching their sermons about “hate” and “inclusion.” But where’s the outrage when Christian symbols are targeted or outright banned across the globe? Nowhere to be found—unless it gives them another excuse to bash America, of course.
Let’s take a hard look at reality. How many Christian groups can put crosses atop mountains in Islamic countries? The answer is simple: almost none, unless they’re looking for trouble. Yet in the U.S., we’re supposed to just accept symbols of a faith that, let’s be honest, is anything but welcoming to our traditions or way of life. The left tries to sell “diversity” like it’s some kind of virtue, while ignoring the double standard staring everyone in the face.
Meanwhile, police in Tempe are pouring resources into investigating the destruction of a $20,000 crescent sculpture built to celebrate Ramadan. The city claims it’s about “unity,” and the liberal media spins this as the hate crime of the year. But when leftist mobs tore down statues of American founders, ripped at monuments to our history, and cheered as a towering statue of Robert E. Lee was cut to pieces, where were all these lectures about respect and tolerance? Right—nowhere. The hypocrisy couldn’t be any clearer.
This isn’t about coexistence. For the activists and elites pushing these symbols, it’s about pushing Americans into submission—bit by bit, mountain by mountain. They want us to accept symbols of a movement that prioritizes conquest and control over anything resembling freedom. They demand our tolerance, but offer none in return. Anyone who questions this agenda gets slapped with labels meant to shame and silence.
Americans are waking up. They see the double standards, the anti-Christian bias, and the push to tear down everything that made this country great. The big question is this: Why should we be forced to celebrate every culture except our own?
