California Democrats have finally done it. They’ve made it illegal—yes, illegal—for cities, counties, or anyone else to require voter ID at the polls. That’s not just reckless; it’s a slap in the face to every American who cares about the integrity of our elections.
Even a lifelong liberal couldn’t believe it when he learned the truth: California doesn’t just refuse voter ID, they forbid it. If a city like Huntington Beach stands up and says, “We want real elections with real security,” Sacramento steps in and shuts it down. Voters in Huntington Beach passed their own measure by a clear majority, demanding voter ID for their local elections. Did California politicians listen? Not a chance. Democrats rammed through a law to block it. According to them, election security is “discrimination” and “voter suppression”—unless, of course, you need ID for everything else in this state.
Let’s be real here. Almost every developed country in the world requires some form of identification to vote. For Democrats, though, common sense is a threat to their agenda. Without voter ID, they open the floodgates for fraud, chaos, and who knows what else. But when it comes to protecting their grip on power, the left has never met a safeguard they couldn’t twist, ignore, or outright ban.
But here’s the kicker: regular people—all across the political spectrum—are waking up. Even liberals are starting to realize just how insane these rules are. When a Democrat celebrity has to admit he didn’t even know California blocks voter ID, it tells you how little the left wants voters to actually understand the scam. The politicians in Sacramento hope Americans stay asleep while they bulldoze basic election security.
How much more proof do people need? If Democrats are willing to ban asking for ID at the polls, what else are they hiding—or trying to pull—when it comes to our sacred right to vote? California used to be a symbol of American dreams, but now it’s become a testing ground for globalist, anti-American policies. At what point will the rest of the country say enough is enough?
