Britain’s nuclear secrets almost walked right through the front door, and yet the left keeps telling us there’s nothing to worry about. An Iranian male and a female companion were caught trying to get inside Faslane, the home base of Britain’s nuclear submarines. It’s the fortress guarding the West’s most dangerous and powerful weapons, and two suspicious foreigners made it all the way to the entrance.
This should set off alarm bells for anyone who cares about safety, but liberals would rather sweep security risks under the rug in the name of “tolerance” and “open borders.” How many times have we heard that concern about foreign threats is just paranoia? Yet here we are—an Iranian national caught snooping around a site that holds the keys to Britain’s nuclear arsenal, and you can bet the usual suspects are already coming up with excuses.
Let’s be real: this isn’t about innocent sightseeing or a “misunderstanding.” The regime in Tehran hates the West and has a long track record of testing our defenses. Now, somehow, an Iranian man just happens to try to access the exact spot where the UK keeps its nuclear subs? Call it what it is—a potential act of espionage at best, and a shocking breach of national security at worst. Still, instead of demanding answers, the usual leftist talking heads are silent or waving off concerns as “xenophobia.”
Why does this keep happening? Because Western leaders are more concerned about virtue signaling than actual security. They think showing weakness will earn them applause from globalist pals in Brussels or Davos. Meanwhile, real threats, from terror suspects to agents of hostile regimes, slip through the cracks and laugh at our so-called “watchdogs.” How many close calls will it take before we stop letting political correctness blind us to reality?
This is the world the left created—wide-open gates, soft targets, and endless lectures about being non-judgmental. When the next breach leads to disaster, will anyone on the liberal side admit they were wrong? Or will they just blame conservatives for noticing the obvious? You have to wonder: how many times do we have to dodge catastrophe before common sense finally outweighs globalist fantasy?
