UN begs Trump for help in Gaza but bans US muscle when real threats emerge

The United Nations is up to its old tricks again—playing favorites with global chaos while trying to keep America’s hands tied behind its back. This time, Secretary-General António Guterres says he’s happy to work alongside President Trump’s “Board of Peace” when it comes to rebuilding Gaza. Sounds nice, on paper. But the moment things get tough, like in the critical, high-stakes Strait of Hormuz, suddenly the UN wants America out of the picture.

This kind of pick-and-choose diplomacy is exactly why globalists keep failing. They want American dollars and muscle to rebuild after terrorists tear things apart. But as soon as it comes to handling real threats, they slam the door on real American leadership. Why? Because they’re scared of what actual accountability looks like. The elites over at the UN love their endless committees and “talks,” while dangerous regimes move chess pieces on the world stage.

The hypocrisy here is stunning. When it’s time to face down Iran or secure vital oil routes that keep Western economies running, the UN wants to pretend we’re the problem. But let some terrorist group run wild in Gaza, and suddenly it’s “please send in Trump’s people to mop up the mess.” The double standard couldn’t be more obvious—or more infuriating.

What Guterres and his pals seem to forget is that peace is more than just a flashy press conference or a self-congratulatory speech. Americans know leadership means stepping up before disaster strikes—not just sweeping up the ashes afterward. Is the Board of Peace perfect? Maybe not. But at least it stands for results, not more endless, hopeless globalist “dialogue.”

Liberals worship at the altar of global unity—until it comes time for action. Then they balk. If the UN really cared about peace, it wouldn’t ban Trump’s team from the world’s trouble spots. But hey, maybe that’s exactly what the elite crowd is afraid of: a little common sense, and a lot less chaos.
