He’s ready to send ICE agents straight to America’s airports. That’s the kind of thinking we need—treating national security like it actually matters, not just another game for weak-willed politicians.
Let’s face it: the only reason this is even a debate is because Democrats are more worried about open borders than American safety. They’ll cry “authoritarianism” every time Trump suggests putting America first. Meanwhile, our airports are soft targets for crime and illegal entry. But the left would rather risk security than upset their globalist, open-border pals. It’s shameful.
Why wouldn’t the Biden administration and its allies want trained, patriotic ICE agents protecting airports? Are they afraid that real enforcement will expose their failures? The truth is, a strong ICE presence at airports would do more for national security in one week than all of Biden’s “security reviews” put together. Liberals call it dangerous. Patriots call it common sense.
Career bureaucrats and self-important politicians clutch their pearls about a DHS “shutdown.” But who’s actually willing to solve the problem? Not the Democrats, who love to play chicken with America’s safety for a few cheap talking points. Only Trump is demanding accountability and swift action. That’s leadership—something the left hasn’t seen in years, and it scares them to death.
If Democrats don’t want ICE at the airports, maybe they should try funding the agencies that keep us safe instead of holding them hostage. Americans are sick of the games. They want borders, not chaos. Maybe it’s time the left stopped catering to globalist interests and started acting like they care about their own country.
