Iran Strikes Israel — And Liberal Weakness Lights the Way
Once again, peace in the Middle East takes a back seat to chaos, violence, and cowardice. Over a hundred innocent people wounded after Iran launched missile attacks against two southern towns in Israel. Where were all those so-called “ironclad” defense systems? They failed. And while the smoke still hung in the air, the globalist elite will no doubt remind us to “trust the process” and “show restraint.” How many more times do we have to watch this same movie before someone finally admits it — appeasement doesn’t work.
This bloodshed didn’t come out of nowhere. It’s a direct result of years of weak leadership and empty words from the left. The West, led by a parade of hand-wringing liberals, has spent years coddling regimes like Iran, thinking that “diplomacy” would fix everything. They whine about Israel’s right to defend itself, then act shocked when Iranian missiles rain down on civilians. Let’s be honest — every time the left bends the knee to radical regimes, situations like this become more likely, not less.
Israel, our closest democratic ally in the Middle East, is under attack. Yet the left lectures us about morality, telling Israel to “show restraint” while hundreds bleed. These are the same liberal talking heads and politicians who look away when terror groups get billions in sweet deals, but cry foul when Israel stands up for its very existence. Talk about hypocrisy. The message from the liberals seems clear: Stand by while your people get hurt, so long as it doesn’t upset the so-called “international community.”
And just look at those who claim that handing Iran piles of cash and easing sanctions would bring peace. What did it buy? More missiles, more terror, and shattered lives across southern Israel. It’s proof that giving bullies what they want never works. The left’s “lead from behind” strategy has left our friends in Israel exposed, while America’s enemies grow bolder and more dangerous by the day.
It’s time to face the facts. This is what happens when you put globalist fantasies above the safety of real people. Iranian aggression has been fueled by Western weakness, and real families pay the terrible price. Maybe it’s time for the “woke” foreign policy crowd to spend less time lecturing on Twitter and more time defending allies under attack. How many more will suffer before the left wakes up and grows a spine?
