A longtime Republican state senator, Van Wanggaard, announced he wouldn’t seek reelection after enduring heartbreaking family tragedies. His family has suffered devastating losses and his daughter is battling cancer, but for the Democrats, that’s just an excuse to hurl disgusting mockery.
This is what modern liberalism looks like: no respect, no decency, and zero empathy for political opponents. The minute someone on the right shows a shred of humanity or vulnerability, the left attacks like a pack of jackals. Instead of taking the high road and showing a little human kindness, Democrat-linked mouthpieces pounced, ridiculing someone at his lowest. This is a new low, even for the party that once claimed to “go high.”
It’s easy to see the playbook in action. Democrats are quick to demand sympathy for their own, crying foul at any perceived slight. But when it’s a conservative suffering? Suddenly, the rules change. The double standard is as clear as day. They don’t just want to defeat their opponents at the ballot box—they want to humiliate and destroy them in real life, aiming right for the jugular.
Remember, these are the same people who claim Republicans are cruel, or that conservatives lack a heart. Yet when someone across the aisle is reeling from loss and facing a cancer diagnosis in the family, they just can’t resist piling on. This is what happens when politics becomes a neo-Marxist blood sport—basic decency gets tossed out the window in the rush to score cheap, vile points online.
It’s shameful, it’s revolting, but it also reveals the real soul of the Democrat machine. If this is the face of “progress,” America knows which direction to run. How can anyone look at these heartless antics and still believe the left stands for working people, families, or good old American values?
