America just got a rude awakening, and the globalists don’t want you to notice. When trouble burns in the Middle East—like the recent chaos with Iran—our so-called “energy independence” goes up in smoke. Despite the big claims of domestic oil production, we still find ourselves sweating every time Iran rattles its saber or blocks a shipping route. Years of politicians cozying up to green activists have left this nation vulnerable, and the weakness was just put on display for the world to see.
Let’s be clear—President Trump went to work unleashing American energy like no one in history. He put our workers first and rolled back strangling regulations. The result? America became a powerhouse, drilling and pumping more than ever. But thanks to decades of globalist deals and leftist interference, our oil doesn’t stay at home. We’re forced to play nice with international markets and beg OPEC to keep prices fair.
That’s what happens when you let environmental extremists and open-borders elites run the show. Liberals keep telling us to shut down our pipelines, depend on electric cars, and let China and Iran control the world’s oil. Meanwhile, American families are held hostage by some dictator halfway across the globe every time there’s a flare-up overseas. Doesn’t sound like energy independence to any thinking American.
Even now, while our country pulls more oil out of the ground than ever, prices still soar when global shipping lanes get blocked. Why? Because our leaders are too weak to say no to foreign interests and too eager to play along with anti-American rules. Instead of putting American consumers first, they bow down to big money and green special interests who care more about control than freedom.
The bottom line: America’s energy policy is broken. The current system keeps our wallets and our security in the hands of foreign powers. How long will real Americans put up with this pathetic show of weakness? It’s time to put America first—for real—and finally stop letting liberal incompetence and globalist cowards keep us in the dark.
