Once again, the Department of Homeland Security has to beg a federal judge just to let them do their job. This time, it’s the case of Kilmar Abrego Garcia—a man who’s not supposed to be in America. The government is finally ready to boot him out, and even has paperwork lined up for him to be sent straight to Liberia. ICE could get a seat for him on a charter plane in less than a week. You’d think this would be a quick fix—but nope, thanks to endless legal roadblocks and activist judges, every step is a battle.
Why does it always seem like the Biden administration has more hoops to jump through to deport lawbreakers than to let them flood across the border? Liberals twist themselves into knots protecting people who break our laws, all while everyday Americans are left behind to pick up the pieces. Our system is tossed upside down—protecting non-citizens over our own communities. When the law is clear and a country is willing to take one of their own back, why is this even a debate?
The reality is, globalist elites and far-left activists have made America into a country where illegal immigrants can game the system and drag cases out for years. It doesn’t matter how many court orders, how many millions of taxpayer dollars are wasted, or how many times ICE has to clear its schedule. Blocking this deportation is about sending a message: our border means nothing if you know the right activist lawyers or sympathetic judges.
This isn’t justice—it’s sabotage. The government says it’s ready and able to get Kilmar Abrego Garcia out of the country. Liberia is willing to take him. But open borders Democrats and their buddies on the bench want to keep dragging their feet. Ordinary Americans are sick of this lawlessness. Every extra day this man stays here, it’s a slap in the face to American sovereignty and common sense.
How much longer will we let soft-hearted judges and anti-American policies tie our hands? If the law doesn’t matter in our own country, what does?
