Judge blocks deportation of accused MS-13 member as Biden admin scrambles to oust him

The radical Left and their activist judges are at it again—choosing political games over the safety of the American people. The Biden administration moved to finally kick Kilmar Abrego Garcia out of this country. That’s right: the same criminal alien who, not so long ago, was accused of having ties to the notorious MS-13 gang. But instead of letting Immigration and Customs Enforcement do its job, federal Judge Paula Xinis thinks she knows better, inserting herself into the process—again.

Garcia, an illegal immigrant from El Salvador, wasn’t supposed to be in Maryland living a cozy life with his family. He was supposed to face justice, not play the victim card. But thanks to liberal lawyers and soft-hearted courts, he already got a taste of America’s generosity. After being arrested in 2025, Garcia was sent packing to El Salvador, home to some of the most dangerous prisons on earth. But as always, bleeding-heart liberals cried “human rights!” and demanded his return, claiming Garcia would face danger at home.

Well, Garcia was brought back—shipped straight into another round of courtroom drama. And, as if that wasn’t enough, the Biden Justice Department slapped him with federal charges for human smuggling linked to a 2022 incident in Tennessee, only to watch those charges get tossed for being “vindictive.” Of course, Judge Xinis—no friend to border security—ordered his release from ICE lockup, signaling that American laws and the safety of our communities don’t matter as long as you have the right political backers.

Now, the administration is trying to deport Garcia somewhere—anywhere—even Liberia, which has already agreed to take him. The feds have a flight ready. Liberia’s government has said yes. All that stands in the way is one judge playing politics from the bench. Apparently, activists think we should keep dangerous criminals in the U.S. forever, even when other countries are willing to help.

Let’s get real: if this guy deserves so much sympathy, why aren’t the Left cheering when Costa Rica steps up to take him? Because they don’t care about solutions—they only care about using every illegal alien as a weapon against America’s borders, culture, and sovereignty. How long will Americans tolerate a system where liberal activists shield foreign criminals while hard-working citizens pay the price? Is this what justice looks like, or just another open-borders circus?
