Socialist elites feast on lobster while Cuban children starve in communist paradise

Communist leaders and their leftist apologists love to tell the world they stand up for the people. They claim they fight for justice, equality, and a better life for everyone. But the mask always slips. Just look at the latest left-wing celebration in Cuba, that one-party prison island where real freedom died decades ago.

While Cuban families wait in endless lines for scraps, and children go to bed hungry, a bunch of foreign socialists swoop in—filled with self-importance and empty slogans. Instead of seeing hardship, they head straight for the country’s rare luxuries. Lobster feasts and resort cocktails? Absolutely, as long as you’re part of the global elite or a lucky party insider. Meanwhile, working-class Cubans clutch ration cards, hoping for bread. This is what communism looks like, every single time.

Of course, these virtue-signaling lefties will ignore the real people suffering right outside their fancy hotel windows. All that chanting about revolution fades away when it’s time to choose between moral consistency or tasting the state’s forbidden fruits. The average Cuban has to make do on less than a meal’s worth of rice and beans. But the international socialist jet-set? They conveniently forget their so-called “solidarity” as soon as the lobster is served.

Isn’t it funny how leftist politicians and their rich friends are always the ones living large under communist regimes? The rules—like the poverty—are only for the little people. Real socialism means never having to say you’re sorry, at least when it comes to hypocrisy. If Americans ever forget that truth, just take a hard look at Cuba’s starving families and the foreign revolution tourists stuffing themselves at state-run restaurants.

Liberals will keep promising utopia, and their globalist buddies will always chase luxury. But in communist countries, as in Washington, the only thing shared equally is misery—unless, of course, you’re in with the ruling class. Why do leftists love the smell of revolution so much, as long as they don’t have to taste the hunger it brings?
