LaGuardia Airport is supposed to be one of America’s finest gateways. But now, after a tragic collision between an Air Canada Express jet and a fire truck, one of its main runways will be locked down for days. Shut. Closed. Grounded, while government investigators do what they always do—drag their heels, dot endless paperwork, and slow down America.
Travelers will pay the price for this incompetence. Thousands of people will be stranded or face delays simply because our so-called leaders can’t keep basic airport operations safe. How long have liberals run New York’s infrastructure? How many billions have been poured into fancy terminals, yet basic safety on the runway still fails? It’s always the same—endless spending on leftist pet projects and PR stunts, meanwhile safety and efficiency are an afterthought.
Don’t think for a second this is just bad luck. It’s a total breakdown of priorities. The National Transportation Safety Board swoops in, promising answers while airports across the country continue to suffer from mismanagement and bureaucracy. “Investigation” is their answer—but what about prevention? What about holding people accountable? When the left is in charge, mistakes are “investigated” for months while taxpayers pick up the bill and lives are upended.
Let’s talk about Air Canada, too. Why are we so eager to be a landing strip for foreign airlines while Americans deal with useless delays and dangerous conditions? Globalist interests get the red carpet, American families get stuck in airport limbo. If American airports are open to every airline in the world, is it any wonder that confusion and chaos reign?
This is what happens when the left’s incompetence gets mixed with bloated bureaucracy and globalist priorities. They promise safety and progress—but leave us with shutdowns, chaos, and danger. Who’s protecting America’s flyers? Anyone? Or do we just accept that airports will stay unsafe and Americans will be left waiting, while investigators hide behind closed doors making excuses?
