There was once a time when prison meant punishment. Now, in Joe Biden’s America, criminals seem to get more rights than law-abiding families. An MS-13 gang member—yes, the same violent group that has terrorized our streets—wants taxpayers to pay for his sex-change treatments behind bars. And of course, the American Civil Liberties Union is all too eager to help.
It’s almost laughable. While parents struggle to afford groceries, left-wing lawyers are fighting to make sure violent felons get luxury surgeries. The Trump administration tried to stop these absurd handouts. But now, high-powered activists want to tie the government’s hands and force all of us to foot the bill for criminals who want new identities. It’s insanity straight out of a liberal fever dream.
Liberals care more about the “rights” of dangerous gang members than the safety of our towns. They claim it’s about fairness, but where’s the fairness to hardworking citizens getting squeezed by high taxes and rising crime? Every dollar spent on a felon’s sex-change is a dollar ripped away from schools, police, and border security. Meanwhile, radical activists keep pushing this twisted agenda in the name of “justice.”
Is this what America has come to? MS-13 monsters demanding gender surgery while sitting in a jail cell, egged on by a bunch of out-of-touch elites? What happened to the days when prison was a deterrent, not a free-for-all spa? The ACLU, backed by globalist interests, wants the courts to put criminals first and law-abiding Americans last.
It’s no wonder our country feels upside down when convicted gang members have more say over their “rights” than the people they hurt. Maybe next time, liberals will offer to redecorate the prison cells, too. When will this circus end?
