Runway safety meltdown at LaGuardia exposes shocking failures of liberal airport oversight

America’s airports are supposed to be the face of a modern, safe nation. But once again, liberal incompetence puts our lives at risk. Just look at LaGuardia, where the so-called “runway safety system” failed at the most basic job: keeping planes and people from crashing into each other! This expensive, government-approved technology didn’t even blink when a firetruck crossed paths with an incoming Air Canada jet—one false move from disaster, and controllers in the tower didn’t get a peep from their high-tech gadget.

This is what happens when you hand public safety over to bureaucrats who love paperwork and virtue-signaling, but can’t deliver real results. The left keeps shouting for more spending, bigger infrastructure, and “smarter” technology, but ignores the real problem: these systems rely on lazy oversight, not on common sense or American know-how.

Taxpayers fork over billions for flashy equipment and fancy upgrades. Meanwhile, the real dangers on the runway get swept under the rug by big government managers making excuses and shifting blame. Liberals pat themselves on the back for buying foreign-made gadgets that don’t work in real-life emergencies. Where’s the accountability when a so-called safety system can’t warn controllers about two massive vehicles on a collision course?

Every time you step onto a plane, remember—it’s people like Pete Buttigieg and his woke cronies who let failures pile up, all while they mouth off about climate change and DEI quotas. Their priorities aren’t American safety, they’re globalist ambitions and empty PR campaigns. Regular Americans are the ones who pay the price.

How many more close calls before the political elites remember that safety isn’t just a talking point? How long will we let their expensive, broken systems gamble with our lives? Maybe it’s time to bring competence and accountability back to American aviation—before somebody really gets hurt.
