Val Demings walked onto that CNN stage ready to grandstand. Instead, she left exposed. While she rattled off her tired talking points about Operation Epic Fury, it was Scott Jennings who completely demolished her argument—one simple, necessary question at a time.
It’s incredible, really. All Jennings wanted was a straight answer: Is Iran the world’s largest state sponsor of terrorism? Anyone who’s been paying attention knows the answer is yes—and it’s not even close. Yet Demings twisted, dodged, and refused to answer. Democrats are always quick to accuse others of warmongering, but when confronted with the cold, hard truth about Iran’s terror machine, they run and hide. It’s liberal cowardice, plain and simple.
Demings kept trying to change the subject, dragging in meaningless questions about European allies. Since when did American safety depend on what a bunch of globalist bureaucrats in Brussels think? Last time we checked, it’s Americans who pay the price for weak leadership, not the euro snobs sipping lattes across the pond. Our allies never seem to step up, but liberals love making excuses for them every single time.
Here’s the reality Democrats can’t admit: President Trump and Secretary Hegseth have already mapped out the mission. Iran’s nuclear ambitions and missile programs are a threat to every honest, freedom-loving nation on earth. Either Iran surrenders these weapons, or the United States will make sure they’re destroyed—along with the tyrants running that terror regime. That’s how real leadership looks. No room for indecision, no opening for leftist word games.
Maybe that’s why Demings lost by more than 16 points the last time voters had their say. Americans are done with wishy-washy politicians who duck basic questions and put our sons and daughters at risk just to please the global elite. It’s about time the left stopped pretending Iran is some innocent bystander. How many more debates do we need before liberals admit the obvious: Iran is America’s enemy, and real leaders like Trump are finally making them pay the price. How much longer will Democrats make excuses for our enemies, and how many more times will they get humiliated on national TV before they finally get it?
