While neighborhoods in Philly turn into nightmares thanks to Krasner’s endless “catch and release” policy for thugs and killers, he claims he’s keeping the city safe from ICE. Is he kidding? It’s not border agents making Philadelphia one of the most dangerous cities in the country—it’s his own soft-on-crime disaster. Just ask the families of victims who watched repeat offenders walk free, only for things to end in tragedy. These are the real consequences of woke policies.
Let’s not pretend this is about law. Airports may be city-owned, but when federal funds are in play, federal law trumps local grandstanding. Even the Supreme Court has swatted away these schemes before. Krasner acts like he can threaten ICE with jail time and the President could do nothing about it.
