Venezuela is about to get rich again and it could humiliate Biden and the climate left

Venezuela could soon become the shining star of the Americas—not because of socialism, but because a bold new leader is ready to throw out the failed policies that ruined a country rich in resources. María Corina Machado isn’t just another politician. She represents a sharp break from the Chavez-Maduro regime that loved to lecture the world about socialist dreams while bankrupting their own people. Time’s up for that disaster. Machado is gearing up to put Venezuela back on the map, and this time, it’s not about Marxist fairytales. It’s about free enterprise and unleashing Venezuela’s true potential.

For far too long, left-wing thugs have squeezed the life out of Venezuela. They had the oil, the industry, the perfect location—and they still managed to destroy everything. Citizens fled in the millions, poverty skyrocketed, and Venezuela became a global punchline. Meanwhile, the so-called “progressive” world sat back and defended these socialist governments, spouting slogans about equality while the regime emptied the people’s pockets and sold the nation’s future to China and Russia. American energy jobs suffered while globalists basked in Venezuela’s misery.

Now, everything has changed. Venezuela’s socialists have been mostly tossed out, and with elections finally on the horizon, Machado is poised to take the driver’s seat. She’s not interested in appeasing green radicals or bowing to United Nations bureaucrats. Her pitch is simple: Open Venezuela’s oil fields. Invite Big Oil back in. Boost exports. Create jobs. Restore prosperity. This is what real leadership looks like—putting your own country’s people first and thumbing your nose at international elites who want to keep Venezuela poor and dependent.

America’s own leftists should pay close attention. They spent years telling us socialism would bring justice and plenty. All it brought was starvation and despair. Now, as Venezuela gets ready to unleash its oil power, it’s a slap in the face to every climate crusader who said fossil fuels were a thing of the past. The real world doesn’t run on wind and wishful thinking. Machado gets it. Venezuelans get it. The engine of progress still runs on oil.

Maybe Americans need someone with Machado’s backbone. While the Biden crew is busy shutting down pipelines and begging dictators for oil, Venezuela’s new leadership is about to make its country rich again the old-fashioned way—by drilling, working, and selling. Will the left finally admit their “green” agenda is bankrupt? Or will it take seeing prosperity explode just south of our border for them to learn?
