The Pentagon is at it again. This time, they’ve decided military chaplains shouldn’t be known by their rank, but by their religion. That’s right — they want chaplains to toss out their military rank insignias and slap on badges showing what faith they belong to. Instead of the unique faith codes that honored the different beliefs, the Pentagon is cutting down the list. From over 200 faith codes, now there will be just 31.
It’s another one-size-fits-all solution from a brass that seems more interested in pleasing bureaucrats than respecting the real diversity of our troops. If liberals really cared about inclusion, they wouldn’t smash all those faiths into a few government-approved categories. But that’s not the game. They want everything neat, simple, and stamped with their cold, sanitized seal of approval. Real faith? Real freedom? That’s too messy for the left’s control freaks.
Let’s not forget what this says to our soldiers in uniform. Their spiritual leaders used to stand alongside them, recognized by the same ranks and respect as every officer and NCO. Now, chaplains get sorted by religion first, soldier second—another move to divide and weaken the glue that holds our military family together. Liberals love to lecture us about the “separation of church and state.” Funny how that always ends up undermining American tradition while propping up their globalist dreams.
This isn’t about faith or fairness. It’s about power. The bureaucrats dream up new systems, shoving Christian chaplains in with everyone else, washing out the value of faith that built this country in the first place. Who wins? Not the troops. Not the chaplains. Only the paper-pushing elites in D.C. feel good about another box checked off their diversity spreadsheet.
What will they take away next? If our military can’t even get faith right, how are they supposed to defend America from real threats? The Pentagon’s new badge plan says it loud and clear: bureaucracy rules, tradition drools. Makes you wonder—who is really in charge of our country’s soul these days?
