Iran Caught Red Handed Denying Secret US Talks While Democrats Look the Other Way

Let’s talk about political spin. This week, America got a front-row seat to a jaw-dropping example straight out of the Middle East circus. One of Iran’s top officials tried to play word games and pretend like “talks” with the United States weren’t happening—even while admitting negotiations were, in fact, underway. This is the kind of nonsense that would make a used car salesman blush, but the Biden administration and their Democrat pals in Congress somehow eat it up.

President Trump revealed that the U.S. had laid out a 15-point proposal for Iran, hoping to at least get these radicals to the grown-up table. What did the Iranian regime do? Instantly shot it down, and then, in a stunt of world-class arrogance, they tossed back their own silly list of demands for America. Predictably, these “conditions” were laughable, outrageous, and made it clear the Iranians haven’t learned anything after years of failed appeasement from Obama-era globalists.

The left likes to mumble about diplomacy and “smart power”—but what does that look like in real life? Top Iranian mouthpieces twisting themselves into knots, denying their own actions on live TV, and foreign negotiating partners so unserious they might as well be trolling. It’s like watching kids on the playground, not respected adults leading nations. But don’t expect CNN or the New York Times to call them out; they’re too busy making excuses for every hostile regime America faces.

While American officials—at least the ones with some backbone—are trying to keep the world stable, liberal elites swoon over any regime that bashes the U.S. They pretend Iran is interested in good-faith discussion while the regime is playing them for fools. The left’s obsession with placating America’s enemies always ends the same way: U.S. strength gets undermined, and our adversaries get bolder.

If Washington liberals keep falling for these laughable Iranian charades, who’s next? Maybe they’ll try “negotiations” with China—while denying those are actual talks, too. On what planet does this kind of double-speak count as leadership? Real Americans are sick of watching their country get played by global strongmen while Democrats cheer from the sidelines.
