Trump steps in where Biden fails Iran gets the message while DC experts sit on the sidelines

It looks like the Biden administration could stand to take a lesson or two from actual leaders who know how to make this country strong again. President Trump isn’t even in office, yet here he is, along with Steve Witkoff, pushing for progress in real negotiations with Iran—something the current White House bunglers can barely do with a teleprompter. Once again, the world sees what happens when American leadership means business. Unfortunately, the folks calling the shots today seem more interested in appeasing radical regimes and coddling globalist pals than actually defending American interests.

Talks between Iran and the United States are moving forward, and guess who’s stepping into the mess? Not the feeble Biden team, but people who actually get things done. Pakistan is helping facilitate, which is as much an indictment of liberal foreign policy as it is a weird twist in global politics. When third parties do the heavy lifting, you know the so-called experts in D.C. are out to lunch. The left talks a big game about “diplomacy,” but when it comes time to actually stand up to our enemies, they fold like cheap suitcases.

Iran has gotten more brazen over the last few years, and why wouldn’t they? When leadership in America shows weakness, the world’s worst actors start feeling bold. Trump and Witkoff know this. That’s why they’re not just talking, they’re issuing strong warnings to Iran. They’re reminding that brutal regime what real consequences look like if they keep trying to challenge the United States and our allies. Maybe liberals in Washington should take notes: appeasement only makes things worse.

Let’s not forget who opened the door for Iran’s rise in the first place. Obama’s infamous Iran deal handed the mullahs a fortune and paved the way for more chaos. Biden’s crew only doubled down on that failure, putting America’s security and Israel’s safety at constant risk. When real conservatives call out Iran and demand compliance, they’re accused of being warmongers. The real warmongers are the ones too weak to draw red lines or back them up.

Only strong leadership can keep our enemies in check, not limp-wristed lectures about “international norms.” Trump and Witkoff are showing what backbone looks like. It’s a shame the left would rather bow to global bureaucrats than actually keep America safe. Maybe it’s time to bring some real strength back to the White House. Isn’t the world tired of America being the laughingstock yet?
