Instead of truly helping honest, struggling Americans during the COVID era, federal funds were siphoned into the pockets of violent thugs who used that stolen cash to arm their gangs and terrorize neighborhoods.
Let’s be crystal clear: This wasn’t just a case of someone “gaming the system.” Jones was a hardened member of the Ninedee Gang, one of the most violent crews operating out of Brooklyn’s infamous Pink Houses. He wasn’t struggling to put food on the table—he was orchestrating wire fraud and identity theft for the sole purpose of amassing gang war chests, buying firearms, and fueling street crime. This is what happens when politicians rush to flood the country with money and forget the basics of oversight.
The bureaucrats and globalists who designed these bloated relief programs made it easy for criminals. All it took was some stolen Social Security numbers and a laptop to bleed hundreds of thousands away from the people the unemployment benefits were supposed to help. Liberals love to talk about the “vulnerable,” but where was their concern when violent felons were draining lifelines and buying weapons to keep running Brooklyn’s streets?
